How to reserve your place

1Register and make your deposit

Fill out the registration form below and make your deposit to reserve your space.

2Complete your intake and call

Check your email for a link to complete your intake form and schedule a call with the retreat facilitator to review your intake.

If we determine together that this retreat is not the right fit for you, your deposit will be fully refunded.

3Receive your confirmation

Once you are confirmed, you will receive a "Registration Confirmed" email with next steps and retreat preparation information.

Important: please wait to book flights until you receive your official registration confirmation.

Cancellation policy

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • If a medical condition prevents you from attending, your payments may be transferred to a future event with a minimum of 4 weeks' notice and a supplemental doctor's note.
  • If a Covid-related travel regulation prevents you from attending, payments may be transferred to a future event with adequate notice.
  • If you would like more flexibility on cancellation terms, we encourage you to purchase third-party "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance.
  • If your balance payment is not received within 8 days of its due date, your retreat reservation will be canceled and all payments made will be non-refundable.
  • If you have any challenges completing your payments on schedule, please reach out to a member of our team early.
  • In the unlikely event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, dates and locations may change.
Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto. All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service.
